BUILDING DETAILS
I wish we could rewind time to 2008 when this building was completed and sales were launched in the midst of financial crisis. There were some really fantastic deals offered by the developer. But, those times have passed and we have to work with the current price situation.
Viewpoint has been ageing well: the common areas look just as good as when the building was completed. There is a wide range of amenities; such as concierge, rooftop pool and gardens, gym, clubroom, outdoor grilling area, etc.
If you like floor-to-ceiling windows, you will like units in this building. Most balconies are pretty useless, just like in many other Novare buildings, but the abundance of light and great views make up for it. There are also a few “unique” units with larger terraces which are quite attractive. The floorplans are fairly generic, but they are better than, let’s say, the floorplans in Spire (which is located right across the street and was built by the same developer a few years earlier). Some of one-bedroom floorplans have open (or should we say lofty) bedrooms, while the two-bedroom units are your typical “roommate” style plans. Obviously with corner units you will get more interesting layouts and better views. And let’s not forget the most important thing – location. This is as good of location as it gets in Midtown! You are right on Peachtree, there is an abundance of restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment. You can walk to Piedmont Park, GA Tech and even a Marta train station.

Top 3 things we LOVE about this building:
1. Contemporary floor-to-ceiling glass building.
2. Great views from almost any unit regardless of the floor height.
3. One of the best locations in the city.
Top 3 things we HATE about this building:
1. It is a big... a really big building.
2. Fairly generic floorplans and finishes from Novare group.
3. Eleven floors of parking can extend your daily commute if your space is located on a higher floor.
