BUILDING DETAILS
There is nothing special or controversial about Tuscany. It is a three-story building styled to resemble a little bit of European architecture by use of stucco and red roof shingles. It looks cute, but in reality it is a typical apartment building which was initially built in the mid 1990’s. The layout, floorplans, finishes, amenities are exactly the same as you would find in a medium range apartment somewhere outside of the perimeter.
There is really nothing special about the units either. They are accessed from open hallways (just like in a motel). Size of the units is not spectacular, with most one-bedrooms being under 800 square feet and most two-bedrooms under 1200. The interior finishes are pretty basic, but in most units you will find hardwood flooring and in some upgraded kitchens and bathrooms. Even so floorplans are very apartment-like, they have a fairly practical layout. There are also nice covered patios which offer private outdoor space.
The amenities are just fine. There is a swimming pool, gym, clubroom… Nothing spectacular, but usable. Plus, since amenities are quite basic you will be saving some money on monthly HOA dues.
Luckily this building is situated in a prime midtown location and a lot of shortcomings are being compensated by the abundance of great restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. Just like Dakota and 905 Juniper, Tuscany is a short walk away to both Peachtree Street and Piedmont Park.
And finally, there is price. In Tuscany you have an opportunity to purchase units for less than you would in neighboring buildings; that is if you are ok with living in an apartment-like condominium. However, if you would like to find something more unique and are willing to spend more you should consider alternative options, such as Metropolis located nearby.

3. Prices are lower than in neighboring buildings, but by spending a little bit more you could purchase a more interesting space.
