Realm is yet another creation of Novare group built in the mid 2000’s. It is a typical example of their product. Therefore, if you have visited Spire in Midtown or Twelve in Atlantic Station you may know exactly what Realm can offer you. No there is nothing wrong with Realm being very similar to other buildings. As a matter of fact, the reason this style has been replicated so many times is that it received a warm welcome from the public and was selling really well. On the other hand, if you were to ask us which one is better Realm, Eclipse or Spire (assuming you like all of the locations) we could not say that one is particularly better than the other.

In Realm you will find nice modern one- and two-bedroom units with floor to ceiling windows. Most will have nice views of a Buckhead skyline regardless on what side of the building the unit might be located. 10-foot ceilings with exposed concrete add to the lofty feel of the interiors. Kitchens and bathrooms are usually ok in terms of the size and finishes, but nothing to “write home about”. Most two-bedroom plans are located in the corner of the building, offering a lot of glass exposure and a nice contemporary layout. One-bedroom units offer open floor plan with half-walls separating the bedroom from the living areas. If you want a “true” separate bedroom with a door, you will not find it here. But you may want to consider neighboring Buckhead Grand building as an alternative.

Amenities are as nice as in other Novare buildings and include the usual 24-hour concierge, gym, clubroom, conference room, rooftop pool and gardens etc. Parking garage is quite large and tall, which may increase your commute should your parking space be located on the upper floors.

Where Realm does stand out is the location. Unlike Buckhead Grand and Meridian, this building is actually located on the Peachtree between Piedmont and Lenox Roads. This is as prime of a location as it gets. You can walk to the best shopping centers in town, not to mention countless dining and entertainment venues. MARTA train station is also within walking distance.
