Plaza Midtown is made up of two buildings positioned perpendicular to each other. Each one has its own entrance and dedicated concierge. On the street level, there's a good mix of bars and restaurants. And let's not forget the large Publix supermarket on the ground floor; you can grab your groceries without ever hopping into your car. When the building was first marketed, their advertising quip was something like: “Our units have the largest pantry in the city”... which, thinking about it, is kind of spot on. Both buildings share the community gardens on the sixth floor where the swimming pool and gym are also situated. The amenities? They're in decent shape.

All units boast floor-to-ceiling glass and modern finishes. The kitchens? Spacious. The bathrooms? Their finishes match what you'd expect at this price point. The balconies here have an edge over those in Spire, Viewpoint, and Metropolis. We'd say they're more spacious and practical.

Location is top-notch. There's a MARTA train station that's ready to whisk you directly to Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. Now, some might raise an eyebrow at the liquor store and strip club across the street. But for others, it could be seen as... convenient. Besides those, numerous shops and eateries are within walking distance. If your job is in the city, there's a fair shot you might not even need your car.
