PARK CENTRAL

1101 Juniper St,
Atlanta, GA 30309
BUILDING DETAILS
Park Central LG3.jpg

When it comes to Park Central we see this building as “very average”. It seems to be very average in many categories. If we look at the exterior it is not unique or interesting, comparing with other buildings in the area. But it is not ugly either, it looks just fine. Here you will not find an extravagant rooftop pool with gardens or a fitness room with panoramic views of the city, as you could find in some more modern high-rises. But at the same time, at Park Central you will find less extravagant, but just as useful, concierge, clubroom, gym, rooftop terrace and pool. As a matter of fact, Park Central has two swimming pools, one outdoor and another one indoor. If you like swimming, this feature will allow you to swim all year long.

When it comes to units, they are also what we would consider average. The size of most one-bedroom units is under 800 square feet. Most two-bedroom units are around 1,000. Units have average layout, average windows, average finishes. At the same time, they don’t look outdated and in case of renovated units look quite good. Most units are bright and have a cozy feel.

Pricing… you guessed it, it is average! Park central is more expensive than most old and outdated buildings but is cheaper than most newly built high-rises in Midtown.

Where Park Central is not average is its location! This building is in prime Midtown location close to Peachtree Street, party venues located on Crescent Ave and many restaurants and bars nearby. Proximity to the Piedmont Park makes this location even more desirable.
With all that being said, if you have an average budget and don’t mind living in an average kind of building you should definitely give Park Central a chance and take a look at some units there.

Top 3 things we LOVE about this building:

1. A building with traditional architecture and cozy ambiance.
2. Outdoor and (!) indoor swimming pool will allow you to swim all year around.
3. Excellent location within a few minutes walk to Piedmont Park.

Top 3 things we HATE about this building:

1. Lower floor units are looking at the parking deck.
2. Construction around the building is blocking off more of the views and sunlight.
3. Floorplans and finishes are quite boring and unexciting.
