As name indicates Paces 325 is located on East Paces Ferry Road in the heart of Buckhead Village. Location is top notch and offers access to all the best shopping and dining options. Everything is at your doorstep and there is no need to travel far for food, drinks and entertainment. Just be prepared for the traffic and noise coming from many construction projects nearby. At the same time you are not far from a residential part of Buckhead, offering an escape to a much quieter tranquil setting.

Paces 325 is one of those “average” buildings. There is nothing wrong with it, but neither it is very exciting. There is a nice amenity package with a 24-hour concierge, fitness center, swimming pool and a tennis court. At the same time, the amenities will not standout as spectacular when comparing with other high-rises in the area. But there are also surprisingly reasonable HOA dues for this level of amenities.

In our opinion, units have an “average” feel to them as well. There is nothing wrong with the floorplans or finishes, they just don’t have much of the excitement factor. Speaking of floorplans, they are quite spacious and bright. Higher floor units also offer attractive views of both Downtown and Buckhead skylines. Lower floor units unfortunately do not offer much in terms of the views. Finishes are fairly nice with traditional kitchens and bathrooms, decent appliances and floorings. What really looks a bit strange to us are the windows. It seems like they belong to a cheaper detached single-family home in suburbs rather than to a high-rise building in the middle of Buckhead. But some may argue those windows adds to a “homey” feel of the residences.

Overall, Paces 325 is not a bad building especially if you are ok with a more traditional design. Prices do not look like a bargain to us, but they are not outrageous either, therefore conforming to the current market conditions.
