Similarly to Paces 325 and Eclipse, Ovation is also located in the heart of Buckhead Village. Location is top notch and offers access to all the best shopping and dining options. Everything is at your doorstep and there is no need to travel far for food, drinks and entertainment. And just like the other residential buildings, Ovation suffers from traffic and noise coming from many construction projects nearby. Even so Ovation has Peachtree Rd address it does not directly face Peachtree Road, since it is tucked away behind an office complex. This contributes to a slightly quieter setting when comparing to other above mentioned buildings.

Amenities are quite nice and expansive. Besides the typical high-rise features, such as 24-consierge, fitness center and swimming pool (which is salt-water, by the way), it also boasts a sauna, movie theater and an event space. At the same time, HOA dues are quite reasonable for this level of amenities. But there is a little bit of a catch, which we will not mention here… However, if you work with our team, we’ll be happy to share this information with you.
 

When it comes to units, they can be a little bit strange. Here you will find a mix of “loft-style” floorplans which should project an impression of modern design, alongside more typical floorplans with very traditional finishes. Speaking of finishes, the original ones are not very attractive. For some reason, the developer felt that having a carpeted living room is somehow a good idea for a Buckhead high-rise. Cheap cabinetry and low-end appliances were not helping the appearance either. But in Ovation you can find some very attractive units which were renovated by previous owners. And the combination of modern finishes and large windows make these spaces look quite attractive. Units in Ovation start on the (!) 2nd floor, which is not a brilliant idea for a high-rise. However, if unit is higher up and facing south, it will have very attractive skyline views.

Overall, we would recommend considering this building while comparing with Eclipse and Paces 325. All of them are located practically in the same area and are priced similarly. Therefore, it may become just a matter of personal preference as to which one might be better.
