BUILDING DETAILS
What can we say, when you are standing on the balcony and overlooking Centennial Olympic Park the view is very impressive and it will almost make you feel like a part of Atlanta’s history. Units facing other directions are not shortchanged in terms of views either. In our opinion, if you purchase a corner unit with panoramic circular window (with allows 270-degree outlook) you will not be complaining about the views. Beside corner units, there are other floorplans which have their advantages. After so many “loft style” open bedrooms you see in many buildings these days, here you will find a more traditional true one-bedroom layout… with an actual door to the bedroom )) And some of them are as large as 1100 square feet, which is the typical size of two-bedroom units in many other buildings. But what you gain in size you may lose in finishes. Even so this tower was built as a luxury high-rise, it was quite a few years ago. So unless the previous owners have renovated, you may find things like black appliances and outdated bathroom fixtures.
In terms of amenities you will find your standard luxury package of 24-hour concierge, large clubroom, gym and conference room. However, some of the amenity features are quite unique. There is a guest suite available for rent to the residents when they have someone visiting them but unable to accommodate them in their unit. There is a rooftop garden with a dog park, which allow you to take your dog out without leaving the building. And then there is roof top swimming pool. Yes, it became trendy to build elevated pools lately, however, in most cases they are located on the roof of the garage structure, usually 6 to 10 floors high. This one is literally sitting on the roof of the building 25 floors up. This is impressive and allows all the residents to access the highest point of the building and enjoy the views.

Top 3 things we LOVE about this building:
1. Availability of a large true one-bedroom floorplans
2. Great corner units with panoramic windows… Especially when facing the Olympic Park
3. Pool area is literally located on the roof of this high-rise tower… 25 floors up!
Top 3 things we HATE about this building:
1. Original units have quite outdated finishes.
2. Location is very central but it still doesn’t quite match Midtown and Buckhead.
3. Some units in Museum Tower are grossly overpriced, with the price per square foot overshadowing much nicer buildings.
