MidCity Lofts is a modern 10-story Bauhaus-style loft building situated on the corner of Spring and 6th Street. Even so, this building was built back in 2002 it still looks modern and relevant, and even so it is not located on Peachtree we can safely say it is situated in a prime Midtown location. Many restaurants, bars, shops are located nearby. You can also walk to a supermarket and large fitness center situated right across the street.

The units are just as contemporary as the exterior of the building: exposed concrete ceilings and support columns, polished concrete floors, floor to ceiling glass are common features for most of the units. However, the most exciting units are the two-level lofts with mezzanine level. When you enter one of those lofts and see a 20-foot high wall of glass, you will definitely be impressed. When it comes to standard finishes, they do start to show signs of aging. However, many of the units have been updated by previous owners with larger ones in particular now featuring high-end fixtures. Views both facing North and South are quite attractive. However, with high-rise construction approaching closer and closer some of the view will be blocked off sooner or later. 

The most impressive part of amenities in this complex is their location. MidCity Lofts building was one of the pioneers in placing a swimming pool on the roof and allowing its residents to enjoy magnificent views of Atlanta’s Skyline while swimming and tanning. Sky lounge is also located on the roof and consists of a clubhouse, perfectly suitable for events and a fitness center with equally attractive views of the city.

Pricewise, the units in MidCity Lofts are not cheap, but they are not overpriced either. So, if you are tired of “cookie cutter” high-rises and would like to own a unique loft in a prime Midtown location, then MidCity lofts might be one of the best options to consider.
