BUILDING DETAILS
Habersham is just another converted apartment building located off Piedmont and Roswell Roads in Buckhead. This location is not bad, but it is not as central and walkable as prime Buckhead areas along Peachtree Road. Still, you are minutes away from all the “happening” places.
As we already mentioned, this is a converted apartment building. Therefore, here you will find mostly traditional floorplans, as you would see in thousands of other apartment buildings. There are some exceptions, like two-story “loft” units with really high ceilings and huge window in the living area. Unfortunately, this floorplan lacks outdoor space, which is also the case in most other units. Standard finishes, as you can expect is “nothing to write home about”. They are just old standard apartment finishes. However, a lot of the units have been renovated by previous owners. Some of those renovations were very tasteful. Another great thing about Habersham is that all units feature a fireplace, which adds to the coziness of the space. Some floorplans even have fireplaces in both living room and bedroom.
Amenities are nothing special, but such essentials as swimming pool and fitness center are there, along with some communal spaces. On the other hand, due to simplicity of the amenity package, HOA dues are lower than you would normally see in other Buckhead buildings.
So, the bottom line is; Habersham of Buckhead is not a spectacular or a special complex in any particular way. However, the combination of product, location and price offers pretty good value, especially if you are on a budget.

3. Reasonable combination of location, product and price.
