Gallery was an attempt by Novare Group to build a product which would be in a higher category then majority of their other projects like Realm, Spire, Twelve etc. Did they succeed? To some extend they did. Unlike the above mentioned buildings, Gallery was offering much larger square footage. There were no small one-bedroom units you would see in their other buildings. Their smaller two-bedroom units would start at 1300+ square feet (size exceeding the largest two-bedroom units in other buildings). Along with size, the developer chose to upgrade the finishes, which was logical, given the price range of this project. That is why in Gallery you will find larger kitchens with better cabinetry and more expensive appliances. Exposed concrete was no longer present and flooring choices were also of a higher grade. Exterior of the building has been given more upscale look and offers much better balconies, which you can actually use. But unfortunately it still resembles other less upscale projects built by this developer.
 

We don’t think the amenity package is much greater than one you will find in other buildings of this class. But they are still very nice and offer a beautiful lobby, 24-hour concierge, gym, pool and clubroom.
Location in our opinion is superb. The building is located on Peachtree Road in the heart of residential Buckhead. You are still very close to all the activities and attractions Buckhead has to offer, but you are located in a more tranquil park-like setting of Garden Hills filled with tree-lined streets, parks and gorgeous residential homes.
 

And the best part about Gallery is that despite higher price point it offers very good value for your money. Yes, Gallery seems more expensive starting in $400’s. However, when you compare price per square foot with other buildings such as Realm or Buckhead Grand you will realize that you are paying similar or lower price while getting higher-grade finishes in a more upscale building.
