We could have just copied our review of Art Foundry building and it would be on point. Both buildings are located on 17th street in Atlantic Station. Both highly resemble apartment buildings with standard interior finishes and generic floorplans seen in medium range apartments. There are some 3-bedroom units and two-story units with lofts which are definitely more attractive then standard floorplans. Finishes in the units are very basic… unless they were updated by previous owner. Some units have nice views of midtown’s skyline, while others are looking into the parking deck and have no views. There is also gym, pool and clubroom available to the residents.

Just like in Art Foundry, this building offers decent value in terms of price per square foot. Units are cheaper and offer more space for the money. If we have to compare it with Art Foundry, we can say that Element looks “fresher”, which makes sense since it is a newer building.

When it comes to location, Atlantic Station is loved by some and not so loved by others. You are still across the bridge from prime midtown location. At the same time Element is within walking distance to all Atlantic Station’s retail, restaurants, supermarkets, cinema and large fitness center.
