BEST DEALS
OUR SELECTION OF BEST DEALS
IN ATLANTA CONDOS AND LOFTS
Welcome to our 'Best Deals' section, where we spotlight the most attractive deals currently available on the market. When we refer to the 'best deal', we're not just speaking about the least expensive unit available. It could be an unusual yet highly sought-after floorplan, an exceptional, one-of-a-kind authentic loft space, or perhaps a foreclosure, corporate, or estate sale that offers an appealing price point.
The term 'best deal' is subjective, after all, but we're always happy to provide clarification on why we've selected any particular property for our list. The list could be as concise as a single property or it could contain several properties, depending entirely on what the market has to offer during any given week.
As noted on our main page, we want to emphasize that none of the properties presented here are our listings. We're not in the business of 'pushing' our listings, but rather, we're here to provide you with a balanced, objective analysis of the market.
BEST DEALS FOR CONDOS AND LOFTS
Deal # 1035
What is it?
This is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom condominium located in the Metropolis building in Midtown Atlanta. The unit is up-to-date and doesn't require any renovations. It is priced at under $370,000.
Why is it a great deal?
The property is situated in a prime, most walkable neighborhood close to restaurants, bars, and Piedmont Park. Most two-bedroom units in modern high-rises in this area often start at $500,000, making this unit a bargain alternative.
Things to consider:
The unit offers less square footage and only one bathroom, which may be a limitation for some buyers. Additionally, the floor plan is more of a loft style, with bedrooms being quite open.
In summary, this condominium offers a prime location and modern amenities at a competitive price, but potential buyers should consider the smaller square footage and open floor plan.
Deal # 934
What is it?

Why is it a great deal?
The loft features high ceilings of over 18 feet, exposed brick, and a generous amount of square footage. It also includes a sizable balcony, a feature not commonly found in similar Atlantic Station lofts. Given these attributes, the asking price is competitive.
Things to consider:
The loft comes with original finishes from the developer, which may require updates to meet modern standards. Additionally, the location above retail spaces offers convenience but may also bring noise and congestion.
In summary, this loft offers unique features and a prime location at a competitive price, but potential buyers should consider the need for possible updates and the bustling environment.
Deal # 833

Things to consider:
The loft is situated near a railroad, which may contribute to noise levels. Additionally, the area is known for its active nightlife, particularly on weekends and during special events.

Things to consider:
The property is located in a busy downtown area, which can be noisy during events. Additionally, the monthly HOA fees are a recurring expense to consider. The amenities, while luxurious, are shared with hotel guests, potentially limiting availability.
In summary, this unit is well-suited for those who prioritize urban living and high-end amenities, but potential buyers should be aware of the noise level and higher HOA fees.
