BUILDING DETAILS
Cosmopolitan is one of those buildings you will likely neither love nor hate. It is kind of average in every aspect. Location is quite good. You are close to some stores and restaurants, there is an easy access to the interstate. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the location. But at the same time it is not your prime Buckhead. If you want to visit Buckhead Village or go shopping at Lenox Mall/Phipps Plaza you will probably end up driving there.
When it comes to the units in Cosmopolitan, situation is very similar. There is nothing wrong with their design. You will find here high ceilings, large windows, and very reasonable amount of practical space with larger balconies. There are also larger kitchens and bathrooms with pretty attractive finishes. But at the same time, there is nothing spectacular about them either. More likely you will not be wowed when visiting any of them. It will be just nice, clean, modern spaces. The views are not bad, but there is really not much to look at… just your average views.
When it comes to amenities, they are… yes you guessed it – average. You have a nice pool, gym, clubroom, movie theater etc. Everything is in good condition. But there is nothing you wouldn’t find in other similar buildings.
So, the bottom line is; Cosmopolitan is a pretty good building, there is just nothing special about it. However, if you are looking for space, you may be able to find more usable space for the money here than you would find in other Buckhead buildings. Plus, the HOA fees per square foot are very reasonable, which adds to the appeal of Cosmopolitan.
