Centennial Station is a 3-story loft building located in the Castleberry Hill district. The building itself does not look all that exciting and open hallways do not add any pleasant ambiance. But it is not ugly either. The amenities of Centennial Station include clubroom, gym and swimming pool. And they are in a decent condition. One thing we should mention is parking. Yes, each unit gets an assigned parking space (or spaces), but they are not covered. For some people with expensive vehicles this may present a problem. It is also less peasant getting into your car after it sits all day under the Georgia sun.


Units themselves are quite interesting. Concrete flooring and large floor to ceiling windows create the feel of a contemporary loft space. Finishes are a bit funky. For example, kitchen cabinetry can be orange or lime green. It’s kind of goes with the hip loft design, but still may not be liked by everyone. Two-story loft spaces with mezzanine floor boast 20-foot ceilings and are quite attractive. However, ground-floor units feel too exposed to the street in our opinion.


Overall, Centennial Station is not a bad option if you would like to live in Castleberry Hill district and prefer newer contemporary spaces to authentic lofts. Prices also seem to be fair when comparing with other properties in the area. However, if you can increase your price range by 10% to 20% you might be able to get similarly sized units in a more ‘prime’ location.

2. Exposed hallways create a bit of a “cheap motel” feel.
3. Proximity to Mercedes-Benz Stadium can create a lot of noise and traffic during events.
