Buckhead Grand is an attractive 38-story building located between Peachtree and Lenox Roads. Just like the neighboring Meridian, this building has Peachtree Rd address but is actually 0.3 mile away from the it. Buckhead Grand also suffers from occasional traffic jams created by the employees of neighboring office buildings and shoppers coming in and out of the popular Buckhead Loop shopping center. You can walk to Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza for shopping, as well as to countless restaurants in the area. MARTA train station is also within walking distance and gets you straight down to the Airport.
 

What we like about Buckhead Grand is the fact that it offers a great median between modern and traditional design. If you are not quire ready for exposed concrete ceilings, but no longer interested in traditional apartment-like floorplans, then you may like Buckhead Grand. Due to the curved shape of the building most floorplans look different from other projects. Standard finishes are pretty good and in case of recently renovated units can be very good. Most bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms are spacious. The fact that windows don’t go all the way down to the floor creates an element of coziness while still maintaining the modern feel. Just watch out for the floor plans without balcony and units on  very low floors where you will end up looking at a parking deck.
