BUILDING DETAILS
Art Foundry LG2.jpg

Ok, let’s just start by saying that Art Foundry is not on our list of favorite buildings. Why? Well, unfortunately the building itself is just a slightly modified apartment building and from architectural standpoint it is quite boring. Inside of the units (especially if they weren’t updated by a previous owner) you will find typical apartment kitchens and bathrooms. Add some carpet into the mix and you get a pretty good picture. But as you can see from our gallery there are some updated units which look pretty decent.

There are also some positive things about Art Foundry. First and foremost is the price! Units here are priced a lower then in neighboring Twelve Atlantic Station building and at the same time offer more square footage.  Second, there are 3-bedroom units available in the complex. This is fairly uncommon in most condo building. Therefore, if you need more space this complex can offer you a solution. Also, there are some two-story units available. Those are probably the most attractive units, since they do have higher ceilings and lofty feel. Amenity package is not bad either. There is a large gym and a nice pool available to the residents.

When it comes to location, Atlantic Station is loved by some and not so loved by others. You are still across the bridge from prime midtown location. At the same time Art Foundry is within walking distance to all Atlantic Station’s retail, restaurants, supermarkets, cinema and large fitness center. And let’s not forget, there is IKEA right across the street ;)
