905 JUNIPER

905 Juniper St,
Atlanta, GA 30309
BUILDING DETAILS
905 Juniper LG2.jpg

905 Juniper was built in the mid 2000’s and was sold out fairly fast even so it was priced higher than other buildings being constructed at the time. What makes 905 Juniper different is its size and exclusivity. Building is only 8-story high and consists of only 117 residencies. It offers a cozy feel, especially when you compare it to 30 or 40 story high-rises with 400+ units. Smaller number of units in the building usually contributes to higher resale value due to lack of competition within the complex.

There are many unique floorplans within the building, including one of a kind penthouses and two-story live/work spaces with retail frontage facing Juniper Street. Some units have exposed support columns and polished concrete flooring with a feel of a modern loft space. Standard finishes here are of a higher grade than you would find in neighboring buildings with modern cabinetry and high-end appliances.

Amenities are not as expansive as in some other complexes, but they are more then sufficient for this size of a building. Here you will find 24-hour concierge, large fitness center and a beautiful rooftop pool.
Location is very good. Just like Dakota and Tuscany, 905 Juniper is within a walking distance to both Peachtree Street and Piedmont Park. There are many restaurants and bars located nearby. Plus you can enjoy the tranquility of old residential Midtown a few hundred feet away.

When it comes to pricing, 905 Juniper is not cheap. But it shouldn’t be either. In 905 Juniper you are paying for exclusivity of a smaller modern building located in a heart of Midtown. However, if you want cheaper options there are quite a few just around the corner.

Top 3 things we LOVE about this building:

1. Great location between Peachtree Street and Piedmont Park
2. Beautiful and well-designed spaces with contemporary loft elements.
3. This building offers exclusivity with only little over 100 units in the building.

Top 3 things we HATE about this building:

1. Nice amenities, but not as expansive as in some lower-priced buildings.
2. Lower floor units and units facing east don’t offer much in terms of the views.
3. Price levels for some units are crossing into unreasonable territory.
