BUILDING DETAILS
1010 Midtown Condo is located on Peachtree Street between 11th and 12th Streets, this building boasts a prime location in the heart of Midtown. With its refreshing curved design, 1010 Midtown stands out from other buildings developed around the same time. At street level, you'll find a variety of popular restaurants, bars, pubs, and shops. And if you like to party, the proximity to Crescent Avenue provides you with plenty of opportunities to hit the clubs and lounges. Just keep in mind that crowds of partygoers can get a little overwhelming if you're not into that scene.
Inside, the amenities at 1010 Midtown Atlanta are on par with the competition. You'll enjoy access to a concierge, clubrooms, gym, and rooftop pool. The common areas are in great condition and look very presentable.
The units at 1010 Midtown Condo are also quite attractive. Thanks to the building's unique shape, you'll find many floorplans that you won't see in other buildings. The one-bedroom and two-bedroom units are very spacious compared to Spire or Viewpoint. There are also three-bedroom units and two-story penthouses, but they are rarely available on the market.
While the finishes in the kitchens and bathrooms are fairly nice, they may not live up to the current price level. At over $500 per square foot, most units are priced higher than close competitors. But if you love the location and the building, it might be worth the price. Just don't expect to find a deal at 1010 Midtown Atlanta.

Top 3 things we LOVE about this building:
1. Beautiful curved design of this modern high-rise.
2. Larger and useful floorplans with large usable balconies.
3. Fantastic prime Midtown location. Everything is at your doorsteps.

Top 3 things we don't like as much:
1. At this point, we are not loving the unit prices here… $500+ per square foot is pretty expensive.
2. Level of kitchen and bathroom finishes is just fine, but at this price point we would expect it to be a notch higher.
3. Being located next to Crescent Avenue means you will be exposed to “party going” crowds, especially on weekend nights.
